We offer our clients an all-round service in the areas of tax advice, legal advice, auditing, corporate finance, accounting, payroll processing and insolvency & restructuring.
We accompany our clients from the establishment of a company or permanent establishment in Italy to the accounting management phase and through to the preparation of financial statements and tax returns. We take care of the tax, corporate and contractual structuring of our clients’ business activities in Italy and help them with international tax law and transfer pricing issues. In the field of VAT we perform direct VAT registrations and are available as tax representatives in Italy. In the field of extraordinary transactions we assist our clients in the preliminary phase of tax, legal and financial due diligence and company valuation, and prepare all of the legal and contractual documents necessary to close the transaction.
We also take care of all obligations relating to the registration and ongoing administrative management of employees in Italy. Finally, we support our clients in the most complex phases of business crisis management or negotiations with distressed parties, finding out-of-court and in-court solutions.
