On 14 September, Swiss Chamber invites its community to the event “Promoting well-being in the company. The social dimension of sustainability” in collaboration with Europa Donna Italia, an association that protects women’s rights for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer.
The focus on ESG criteria sees an increasingly active role for companies in participating in the well-being of their employees. In this context, corporate welfare is the tool through which to promote wellbeing in the company and at the same time represents a competitive advantage for companies that use it.
Corporate Welfare – Themes of the event
During the event we will take an in-depth look at the state of welfare in Italian companies, the benefits for the company and workers and the activities that can be implemented.
After the keynote speech by Adecco Italia, we will learn more about the reality and activities of Europa Donna Italia, which has been working for years with companies that want to affirm their social commitment and create value for their employees.
The projects that Europa Donna Italia carries out with companies aim to raise awareness on prevention and health education, helping companies to develop their role as game changers in spreading the culture of prevention.
